More Downtown Streets to Get No Parking Signs
The city board met in the Municipal building yesterday and approved extending no parking rules on several streets. Prohibitions include the west side of Federal street between Princeton and Bland, the north side of Raleigh between Federal and Scott, and the east side of Bland between Princeton and Federal with limited loading zones. Barton urged bans for other stretches and 2 am to 6 am restrictions for cleaning. no action was taken yet. A health update on the Frederick street camp showed progress toward a September 1 deadline set for James A. Tabor to meet health specs.
