DNA samples taken in Flack case proceed to testing
Mercer County judge allowed state testing of DNA samples from Brandon Flack 20 of Pulaski Virginia after a Jan 29 shooting death of his cousin 17 year old Matthew Flack in Bluefield. Samples from items in a car and from items collected after the hearing will be sent to the state laboratory for analysis. Flack is held at the Southern Regional Jail in Beaver.
