Concord Town Social honors donors and welcomes students
The Athens Concord Town Social drew about 60 vendors this year with food, crafts and live music by Margo and the Bluegirls. Concord President Kendra Boggess and local leaders presented awards including the Elder Citizen Award to Bill Offa and an obituary posthumous honor for Jean Ann White. Four students received the Jean Beasley Athens Concord Town Social Memorial Scholarship.
