Life in the pulpit reflects on a retired pastor's path
Dr. Don Scott, formerly district superintendent of the Holston Conference's Tazewell district, recalls his ministry beginning in 1965 after engineering work and seminary study. He discusses mentoring, parish support, 24/7 pastoral duties, and the church’s origins in England with John Wesley and Francis Asbury.
