Shoppers in Princeton and Bluefield report $50 and $100 clothing vouchers aiding purchases for two teens, though store managers say the help is modest. Jeans run $8 to $25, shorts $3 to $13, T shirts up to $15, socks about $4 for three pairs, and underwear $6 to $8, with totals fitting a few outfits per child. Retailers note many vouchers, but impact remains limited.
