Trial date postponed in Niswander child sex case
Thomas Daniel Niswander, 65, of Princeton, faces new charges of traveling with child pornography and possession of child pornography after traveling to Alaska to meet a 9 year old girl. A superseding indictment and status report were filed as prosecutors seek more data from his encrypted hard drive. The trial date was vacated and no new date set. Niswander remains in custody in Anchorage.
