Woman killed in Welch officer involved shooting
A West Virginia woman died Sunday night after an officer involved shooting with State Police troopers in McDowell County's Welch. Troopers fired after she brandished a weapon outside Welch around 9 p.m. Both troopers were placed on critical incident leave as investigators review the case.
