West Virginia to pay vaccinated 16 to 35 year olds $100

Gov. Jim Justice announced on Wednesday that eligible residents aged 16 to 35 who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 could receive a $100 payment, either as a savings bond or a check, funded by CARES Act money to cover up to about 280,000 people.
