31 Area Youths Finish Outdoor Safety School

Thirty-one youths from Bluefield and nearby areas completed the Outdoor Safety School sponsored by Mercer Lodge 80 Fraternal Order of Police and approved by the National Rifle Association. Instructors Sgt C E Kirk Sgt R T Jones and Captain George Nucholls oversaw tests with top scores earned. a graduation ceremony and chartering of a Teen-Age Gun and Hunting Safety Club are planned for next Saturday at the Municipal Building.
