West Virginia miners may return to work Monday

Everett W. Christian, 49, of Pineville killed himself after shooting Rosetta Adkins, 26, of Glen Rogers at Pac-Ette market in Pineville. Mobile Home Blaze Kills In Richlands
A 22 year old Richlands man Henry Ellis Cole died when a mobile home in Doran Richlands burned shortly after 3 30 am. Fire Chief Drew Puckett said Cole was a visitor in the home occupied by a man named Price. Two others escaped uninjured. Cause undetermined Sunday night. Three fire trucks and 14 firefighters responded. Cole a Vietnam veteran and Southwest Virginia Community College student was born in Tazewell County. He was a Richlands High School graduate and survived by his mother Mrs Betty Shelton Cole and several siblings. Burial will be at Clinch Valley Memorial Cemetery with Rev Grat Horton officiating.
