Welch woman sentenced to 40 years for second degree murder
Raquel Darcell Edwards of Welch received 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to second degree murder in the death of 83-year-old Marcus Deshowa Adams. Adams was found dead Sept. 20, 2021 in Havaco after a chain of violence including a shooting and arson. Kobe Brown of Havaco was later sentenced to life without parole for first degree murder.
