Appalachian Power seeks 6 percent residential rate hike
Appalachian Power and Wheeling Power filed ENEC and WMP requests with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia to raise residential rates about 6 percent. The plan would add roughly $73 million to ENEC collections and extend current VMP rates, effective September 1.
