Bill Allows Private Liquor Clubs In State Parks
Gov. Jay Rockefeller signed a bill permitting private liquor clubs in state, county, and local parks with overnight facilities of 20 or more rooms and on boats such as the Kanawha River sternwheeler P A Denny. The law takes effect July 6 and requires separate dining facilities for nondrinkers.
