Texas school faces noise citation in San Antonio area
Universal City police issued a noise citation to Olympia Elementary School after resident Butch Armstrong complained during Family Fitness Day on March 20. Principal Terri LeBleu said the school had already reduced noise by building a fence removing loudspeakers and adding noise reducing backing on basketball goals following prior complaints.
