Federal magistrate in Beckley ruled there is probable cause in the case of Dr. Jonathan Yates a 51 year old from Bluefield Virginia formerly with the Veterans Affairs Medical Center Beckley charged in a criminal complaint alleging he sexually molested a veteran.
