Miners Rally Caravan Heads to Washington Over Strip Mining Act
A 15 mile convoy of more than 400 coal trucks buses and private vehicles from Southwest Virginia and neighboring states travels toward Washington to press lawmakers on proposed strip mining restrictions on slopes over 20 degrees.
