The ceremony of Mrs Lola Showers Smith and Prof Frank M Ingle r took place Sunday morning at James D Showers home with Dr John E Steele of the M E church officiating. Lizzie Allen played Mendelssohn and Then You’ll Remember Me as the couple wed. The bride wore a brown traveling suit and the groom a black suit. Only relatives and intimate friends attended. The couple left at 10 48 for Marion their new home. Mrs Ingle r is a respected local woman. Prof Ingle r is Marion High School principal. Tuscorn congratulates them and wishes success.

The Twentieth Artillery Honored In Indianapolis Heritage
A World reporter toured Capt W J Aller’s album of the famed Twentieth Artillery crew. Photos show Capt Aller and officers from the Indianapolis origin, with notes on Capt Rose, Capt Osborne, Lt Morris, and other key figures. The unit formed Sept 19 1862, fought at Nashville and Atlanta, endured Hood’s pursuit, and declined from six to four guns. Only about forty of the original 156 survive in memory, with a recent reunion drawing sixteen members.
