Not Guilty Found in Bedford Arson Trial
The Monroe Circuit Court convicted Emanuel Rothchild of arson after a five day trial. The jury, after lengthy speeches by Lowe Crook East and Dunn, found him not guilty. The case stemmed from a July fire at Rothchilds Golden Rule store causing about three thousand dollars in stock loss.
