The will of Martha A Buskirk was filed for probate in the Monore Circuit Court. It leaves four-fifths of all real and personal property to Anna B Hill Mattie R Buskirk P I Buskirk and L V Buskirk and one-fifth to Ira C Batman as trustee for George A Buskirk. Provisions also empower P K Buskirk L V Buskirk and Nat A Hill to vote shares in meetings of the First National Bank of Bloomington for Tra Batman trustee for George A Buskirk.
