Final Rest of Bloomington’s Favorite Son Laid to Rose Hill
The funeral of Charles Hall was held at his parents’ home at Kirkwood Avenue and Rogers Street. Knights of Pythias led the procession with the Mechanics band, merchants and clerks joining from the Mayor’s office. Dr Steele, Rev Telfer, and a quartet performed prayers and tributes before the burial at Rose Hill Cemetery.
