How to Vote Changes in Election Law Noted
Changes in the election law affect ticket stamping and ballot handling. Voters must stamp the large square for a straight ticket, else stamping elsewhere voids the ballot, with one exception if no candidate exists for an office. Scratching remains only option if not voting straight. A stamp touching a square counts. touching none voids the ballot. Improper folding returns voters to the booth. Also includes a testimonial about Chamberlain's Pain Balm and a local merchant notice.
