Cassin county sheriff at Albion jail dropped his pistol in an accidental discharge striking and killing a 16 year old bystander a few days ago.
The city of Pocatello will build new railroad shops costing over 500000 dollars. The project is officially ordered by municipal authority and announced as an official city action.
L. M. Capps received a telegram from Abbeville Alabama announcing his mother's death. He could not travel the distance for the funeral. His aged father has been ill during the summer.
C E Kinney sent the first livestock train over the Blackfoot branch, delivering twenty carloads of sheep from Arco. The train passed Blackfoot on Tuesday evening. About thirty five carloads of cattle are expected from Arco today.
