The Auditorium at Pocatello announces the 1901-2 season opener A Runaway Girl a London and New York musical comedy. The company of about 50 is led by Arthur Dunn. The show ran 600 nights in London and 300 in New York and features notable scenic and electrical effects. Presented Friday September 27th at the Auditorium.
A special rate of 7.40 applies from Blackfoot to Salt Lake City and return for the conference and Utah State Fair. Tickets go on sale October 1 to October 5, with final return by October 10.

Ordinance 17 grants J. H. Brady and assigns the right to erect poles and string wires in Blackfoot Idaho for electric light power and heat. It fixes rates and requires construction within three and twelve months, with penalties for noncompliance and a fifty year term. The ordinance requires a five thousand dollar bond and specifies rates for home and arc lighting.
An assessment of four percent is levied on all stock of Snake River Valley Canal Co. payable to treasurer John F. Shelley in Shelley Idaho.
