The Bingham County Institute will begin in Blackfoot on August Sth and run for three weeks ending with the annual teachers examination. Noted educators Prof. Saunders of Cheney State Normal School and Prof. Johnson of Blackfoot Schools lead a strong instructor corps. The event aims to raise school standards and requires all prospective county teachers to attend or risk certificate revocation.

County of Bingham announces a public sheriff sale for cash on July 20, 1901 at the Blackfoot Hotel front door in Bingham County Idaho. Property includes a one third interest in lot 1 and portions of lot 2 and all of lots 19 and 20 in block 28 as shown on the Montgomery plat, levied upon as property of W H Stufflebeam. The sale is to satisfy a judgment of Kuhn Bros. for 101 dollars with costs.

The Probate Court of Bingham County requires interested parties to appear July 15 1901 at 10 am in Blackfoot to show cause why private sale of necessary real property should not be granted.
