Jamestown May 16 Special to the Tribune reports a sweeping Dakota convention where southern central and northern divisions allied to pass a division scheme. 420 votes to 98 approve the plan with 86 counties represented and Blair Blaine favored. The platform attacks the democracy over land grants and calls for division and admission of North and South Dakota.
