Miners Leaders Arrested In Conspiracy Probe

The Conmiin Paddure in Missouri and neighboring cases causing bitter feuding were settled today in federal court by E A Stevens and Ponddeun Dickey who pleaded to the fourth count of the indictment charging conspiracy. Other cases ended in prosequi and a sentence was expected tomorrow.
