Senator Oliver Morton Dies After Long Illness

Indianapolis Telegram reports senator Oliver Morton died at 5 55 p m after a prolonged struggle. Family members kept vigil as he spoke his last words I am dying worn out bells tolled 54 strokes at his age. Funeral set for Monday at 1 pm at Robe Le Park Methodist Episcopal church with interment at Crown Hill cemetery.
