Cerebral palsy clinic urges funding in Montana drive
Dr. Meyer A. Perlstein of Chicago warned Missoula readers that 70,000 able children under 16 have cerebral palsy nationwide and only five percent receive needed services. He praised advances in muscle reeducation but noted high costs and urged a Montana Easter Seal drive to raise 60,000 for 1949 centers and expanded clinics statewide.
