B and P Club Closes Year With Ranch Party Near Joliet
The Busi and Professional Women's club year end party was held Monday at the Helen Stamm ranch near Joliet. Accordion music by Trene McCay and a fortune telling guest entertained about forty members and guests. Arrangements were led by Helen O'Brien with Edith Lee Georgia Mae Judge Helen Stamm Eleanor Albertson Edna Loomis and Virginia Elerd in charge.

Exhibitors Pack Billings Spring Flower Show Record
The Billings Garden Club hosted the annual Spring Flower Show at theastern Man Tank College of Education gymnasium on Tuesday with 117 exhibitors and 285 entries across Cultural Arrangement Table Setting and Poster classes. Guests from far and near included Joe M Johnson national president of Men s Garden Clubs of America and visitors from Portland Tuscaloosa Tacoma Minneapolis Wichita Ft Collins. the event drew record attendance and featured native plant displays and a carved sagebrush western scene by Barry Park. A juniors arrangement class and Flower Show poster classes were new, with a full winners list to appear next week in the Herald.

The Billings council voted Tuesday night to extend city boundaries to include block 5 of Billings Heights subdivision between Avenues EH and F and Seventh and Wighth streets west. The move follows plans to address street disrepair and levy costs on property owners for next tax bills with owners offered an option to replace walks at their own expense.
