Last Friday marked the fifteenth anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Geo A Leasby with a city party for about thirty couples. The evening featured whist and a midnight luncheon. Car decorations and a tea of glassware gifts highlighted the event, with many neighbors presenting keepsakes and well wishes for the couple.

Ferdinand Obendorf, jailed days on an appeal to the district court for cattle stealing, was released last Friday on bonds of 1000 dollars. A wealthy Host uncle sent the bail draft and pledged to support his nephew through the legal trouble.
