The City Council unanimously approved the appointment of Walter Osborne at a special meeting to fill the vacancy from Lois Bjorndal’s resignation. Mayor Oscar Stephens made the appointment, and Osborne will join the council at the December 5 regular meeting at 7 30 p.m.

City Council Accepts Resignations and Approves Holiday Prep
The City Council on Nov. 23 accepted the resignations of Donna Buechler as city treasurer and assistant city clerk and Lois Bjorndal from her council seat. Area wastewater permits to be issued in Montana region
Montana Department of Health and Environmental Sciences plans to issue two wastewater discharge permits in the Big Timber area.
