After six years in office Kadoo steps down from the role of secretary of the treasury citing insufficient pay to attract a suitable replacement. Officials say a successor will be named soon as the government seeks stability and continued fiscal policy.

Former Senator Charles Dick of Akron and 14 other prominent Republicans from Summit County sponsor the move and sign articles of incorporation presented to the secretary of state.
Frank D Miracle a senator-elect from Lewis and Clark county died in Seattle. Telegram provided no cause. Miracle born June 13 1868 Webster City Iowa son of Judge David D Miracle educated Grinnell College and Michigan Law School. He practiced law in Montana since 1903 and was married to Seen Teterman in Het.
