W P Franklin was elected president Il M Lamb secretary and treasurer O Ib Nevin W B P Franklin and B O Forsythe on the executive committee A 60 day due payment rule was adopted and a 250 reward offered for evidence leading to conviction of sheep theft with the reward policy later reversed.

Pondera Man Rides Bronc Breaks Back in Montana
R H Teeple fell from a broncho in Pondera Montana breaking his back and lying on the ground for three hours before discovery. A surgeon from Great Falls said little hope. After months in hospitals in Great Falls Asbury Minneapolis and Milwaukee he has substantially recovered though control of his legs remains limited. Doctor J McGullin treated him in Milwaukee.

Restraining Order Sought Over Hotel Spring Water Use
In a district court action begun Saturday by E N Harwood of Billings and Campbell and Stark for Ernest H Garson Jerome J Nickey and George H Tong against Cyrus Mendenhall and Susan A Mendenhall the plaintiffs seek to halt use of waters from a spring at Hunters Mow Springs tied to a hotel and spa property. The case claims the Little Sulphur Springs lease was misrepresented as a stagnant pool and that the defendants opened a new spring 75 feet away also described as stagnant pending further evidence.
