Truck crash injures two near Big Timber
An early morning U S Highway 10 crash eight miles west of Big Timber injured two people from a Bekins Moving Van. Samuel Humphrey of Phoenix was treated for head injuries and Todd Frybryn, also from Phoenix, for arm and leg injuries. Both were hospitalized and the driver was later charged with D W I.

Fire on National Forest lands discovered last Thursday by a local rancher started by a careless hunter. It burned about 8 acres through timber and sagebrush, then was controlled by County Fire Department with Forest Service help. Final mop up conducted Sunday with CCC and Forest Service crews.

Alert SG deputy aids in arrest
Thanks to Deputy Tyler Molzhan of Sweet Grass County, a murder suspect was arrested Saturday night after spotting a victim's car at a Billings area car motel. The 58 year old Joseph Cook was turned over to Billings police for questioning amid an ongoing investigation. Veterans Day closings noted for the Sweet Grass County Court House.
