Mr BE L Boardman of Billings advances first payment to Herald Publishing to transfer ownership on July 2 to a new company he will lead. The Daily Herald remains republican. the weekly may go semi weekly. A modern press and a larger eight page, column newspaper with AP service will upgrade the Herald. Boardman is a seasoned Montana newspaper man, formerly with the Billings Gazette, and is backed by ample capital to maintain the paper’s high republican standard.
