The Sweet Grass county wool pool sold yesterday for 57.63 cents per fleece to James P. Draper & Co of Boston. Leonard Esp and Frank Costello of Billings represented the buyer. About 37,117 fleeces were in the pool with three other bids at 56.21 53.34 and 53 3/8.

Dale Fredrickson competed in physics. both spent hours on their projects. David's project was X-ray Diffraction of Crystal and Dale's Litterow Type Spectrograph. Kay Boe Dies From Gunshot Wound at Home
Kay Boe nineteen year old daughter of Kenneth and , Boe, died instantly from a head wound caused by a personal safety related rifle shot at the Boe ranch home. Sheriff Walter Osborn, coroner Dean Lowry and Dr L W Baskett attended. Kay had been ill for over a year and had recently returned from a Seattle hospital. Funeral arrangements incomplete.

Easter Seal Child Susan Wickman Named Montana 1957 Honoree
Susan Marie Wickman of near Buffalo Montana is chosen as the 1957 Montana Easter Seal child. Born January 29 1954 she has received therapy for encephalitis and now shows improvement in gait and speech under Great Falls center care. Youths Nabbed After Escapade In Stolen Cars
Maurice Douglas Frair Jr 18 and two youths ages 15 and 16 were taken into custody near Grey Cliff by Sheriff Osborne and two FBI agents. They traveled from Seattle in stolen vehicles, swapping cars across Washington and Montana, eventually stranded in deep snow near a coulee. They will be prosecuted under the Dyer act.
