The body of Clarence M. Rein, a Keefe Automotive Supply salesman, was found near Piney creek after a flood near Sheridan. Funeral held at Smith funeral home in Billings with Rev. A A Holbeck officiating. Burial followed in Billings cemetery.

Bozeman Lady Finds Rare Uncle Tom's Cabin Edition
Miss Inez Dasenberry bought a 5 cent magazine and discovered she owns a first edition of Uncle Tom's Cabin printed in Boston in 1842 and 1853 in two volumes. The grandmother purchased the set in Weatherfield, now Kewanee, IL, in 1854. The volumes were saved from a family home fire at Carl Town in 188? The edition is valued at 2606 dollars.

London June 24 General Bramwell Booth founder’s son and long time Salvation Army leader was buried beside his father in Abney Park. Billings Gazette reports the late Luther S. Kelly known as Yellowstone Kelly was buried on Kelly Mountain after a formal military funeral. Veterans from Spanish American, Indian War, and World War I attended, with a guard of honor and a firing squad.
