Man Arrested Over Letter of Credit Banks Fraud
E J Morrisey was arrested in Minne charge of defrauding Idaho and Montana banks through a forged letter of credit. Authorities say he used the device to obtain funds, with Spokane connections and a sight draft. Charges filed in Lewis and Clark county district court. arrest warrant to be executed by Sheriff Huffaker.
