Montana In Brief Governor Revokes Women's Notary Commissions
Governor Toole revoked seven notary commissions held by women and rejected several applications, citing a constitutional ruling that women cannot serve as notaries public. TheMontana agricultural college in Bozeman received 640 acres for dry land farming. Milwaukee Road bridge bills passed for Missouri River crossings at Lombard and in Lewis and Clark county. Mrs. J. H. Whiting Dies From Saw Injury
Mrs. J H Whiting died after a severe arm injury at a Bridger Creek saw mill last week. Doctors amputated her right arm above the elbow but blood poisoning caused her death. Funeral at Bliss residence tomorrow at 10 AM with Rev Ash of Deer Creek officiating. She leaves a husband a daughter five a father and mother a sister and a brother.

Oscar Rostad Returns From Concordia College
Oscar Rostad came back from Concordia College where he joined the college band and sang in the choir. He helped render Creation and plans to return in the fall. Oswald Crest hauls wool for Lovie Wirak. Mr. and Mrs Wheaton and Gladys Wheaton attended the June 14 exercises. A wind mill powers the Lucerme stock ranch water works. the reservoir filled at Mr Hoyem's copper mine. George Rostad plans to stay put this year. Friends gathered for the event.
