He reports planting 6 000 seedlings per hour and cites field tours at Redfield Lemmon McIntosh Ipswich Eureka Big Stone Faith and Sensacr to reach dry western areas.
Dr. R. J. Northern and family travel in a Kissel from Big Timber to Detroit stopping at Milestown on a lengthy overland trip. Storms across the eastern region made roads nearly impassable and forced a sixty mile detour to reach Terry, extending the journey beyond the expected three hours from Miles City.
