Plan to Reestablish Wool Auctions in Montana
Officials and Wilkins & Co plan to revive wool auctions in Montana after the government program halted earlier sales. Core sampling and lab tests will set yield, with clean price basis and full paid fiber, eliminating shrinkage guesswork. Denver will house the first western core testing lab opening around June 10. Leon ard Esp will visit growers to explain the plan.
