Montana Law Against Aliens Declared Unconstitutional
The Montana Supreme Court ruled the law prohibiting employment of aliens and non residents in state and public service unconstitutional due to vagueness and ambiguity in terms like classes technically educated trained and professional persons. The decision affects school boards and the University of Montana. Roland Garros, a French aviator, was the first to span the Mediterranean in 1913.
