Sweet Grass County Commissioners Meet in Early April 1972
The Board of Sweet Grass County Commissioners met in regular session April 3 to 5, 1972 with members Wright Ewan Bjorndal P R Esp and Clerk Margaret Plaggemeyer. They examined and approved claims and issued warrants, reviewed several reports, renewed road maintenance contracts with the Forest Service, and appointed deputy registrars. A Center for Senior Citizens project received state funding totaling 2,250 for year one and cost-sharing percentages for years two to four, with the county aiming for self funding thereafter.
