Helena July 25 Representatives from cities and communities statewide will vote tomorrow on a program and by laws for the Montana Association Inc. Frank D. Connelly of Billings led today’s advisory committee meeting to draft the plan aimed at promoting Montana's welfare through coordinated regional representation and a centralized executive staff.

Following a district court hearing Judge C F Goddard ordered Dr P S Corkins not to enter Custer avenue grocery store run by C R Kline to harass or interfere with business. Witnesses said Corkins demanded payment from customers and handed statements claiming Kline owed him money. Police were called when he would not leave and a prior tax title dispute was noted. Corkins testified he went to present claims but denied insulting behavior or trying to drive customers away.

Army Plane Wrecked North of Missoula
An army plane was wrecked in the timber seven miles north of Missoula. The pilot and passenger Captain Pomerene of Fort Missoula escaped injury. The accident involved one of three planes arriving from Crissy Field, Presidio, California. The pilot chose to strike trees rather than plunge over a cliff. He was on his third flight into the Flathead country and stayed with the wreck until investigators could assess the scene.

Cheyenne Wyoming July 24 more than 1000 spectators lined the streets to watch the frontier days parade. The pageant featured early western transportation including a buffalo era display railroad building vigilantes and a stage coach. Bucking horse Midnight was shown with Bill Baxter the Sunday thrill. Earl Thode of South Dakota rode Chili Beau to first in the bucking contest. Pete Knight of Canada placed second on Marsheal Priph with Ferrie Hubbard and Billy Bishop tied for third. July 29 Kalispell Mary Louise Fis 10 lost her life in a creek near her ranch home while trying to save her younger sister Josephine from drowning. Margaret 14 rescued Josephine but Mary Louise died. The sisters and their brother went to the stream to fish. The mother rode 16 miles to summon help. Fred Flags and the county coroner arrived but darkness delayed the recovery until Tuesday.

Dope head creates rumpus at Livingston physician office
