Big Timber Montana July 23 1906 the board of county commissioners meets in special session to accept the resignations of coroner J A Mulkern and high school trustee J H Solberg and appoints N C Pound to fill the term J W Whitfield is named sexton of Maneann View cemetery and Dr J W Moore is appointed coroner to fill the unexpired term of J F Maidheart the board inspects the bridge over Sweet Grass creek at the G W Cook crossing and approves final payment to the contractor. Witnesses include Robert M Fry Southworth J M Dunbar and G D Pratton all of Nye Montana with H C Jewett U S Commissioner to witness on August 29 1903 First publication July 23 1908.
Resolution 39 levies six and a half mills for general purposes two mills for road park and street work plus two and one half mills for interest on water works bonds and a sinking fund. Any excess funds go to the sinking fund for final bond redemption. Passed July 20 1908.
