Two Billings Lads Face Murder Charges
Billings youths Robert Patton and John Kortje will plead at 10 a m Monday July 12 to murder charges stemming from the robbery slaying of 51 year old Anders Jonas Sandin on the south side shortly after midnight Monday. County Attorney George S Smith filed the information and the pair were arraigned before District Judge Guy C Derry who set pleas and warned they may hire counsel.

Five Die When Boat Capsizes Off Valpariso Florida
Five persons drowned when the fishing boat Bab capsized in East Pass channel between Choctawatchee bay and the shore near Valpariso Florida.
