Fargo North Dakota December 27. The northwest agricultural foundation is organized to unite farmers from Minnesota Montana North Dakota and South Dakota to push unified action on tariff and farm policy. Dr John Lee Coulter presides with eight directors and major committee heads guiding credit production land policy research and taxation. The group will study tariff issues affecting spring wheat and prepare proposals for Congress in January.

The Los Angeles dirigible would lead the procession, with army and navy planes as escort, and 26 060 participants in two divisions. Housing for 3 000 guests is arranged, and a nationwide radio hookup is planned to broadcast the ceremony and pageant.
