Ben Blakeley an American citizen will leave Butte today in charge of Joseph W Burr chief constable of British Columbia for trial in Lillooet Canada on a murder charge. United States deputy marshal George McKay will transfer Blakeley to Canadian officers as he has hunted the fugitive for years. The case stems from the July 30 1909 shooting of Archie Thivarge which Blakeley admits but says was in self defense.

Judge Sydney Fox Dies in Red Lodge at 46
Judge Sydney Fox of Red Lodge died in a hospital at 5 p m Friday after four days of unconsciousness. A Missouri native who lived in Portland as a youth, he served as Carbon and Sweet Grass county attorney, then judge of the Thirteenth Montana district. Survived by a daughter, his mother, two sisters in Portland and a brother in San Francisco. Funeral services were held at Red Lodge.

Mrs Jennie Huyser Dies After Long Illness At Wormser Ranch
Mrs Jennie Huyser wife of Q Huyser died last Friday at the ranch home near Wormser after a three year rheumatism illness. Funeral services were held at the home Sunday by Rev Diven of Manhattan, Hollander church pastor. Interment at Mountain View cemetery. Born in Zealand Holland 69 years 10 months ago she came to the United States at age three and moved to Montana five years ago last fall. She is survived by her husband and children J A Huyser Q C Huyser Mrs Richard York Mrs Henry Van Goor and Mrs William Williams.
