Landfill program praised by state official
State official Duane Robertson praised Big Timber for plans to expand and improve the city landfill. He had six months earlier warned of a $500 daily fine for open burning violations. His November 26 inspection urged eastern expansion and site usability including possible park or playground development. Clark reported follow through on fence and traffic changes and hopes for a spring beautification program with seeding and tree planting along the highway.
