Wool Market Outlook From Fergus County Senator Hobson
State Senator S. B. Hobson of Fergus county says wool prices have not risen since last summer and many Montana raisers hold their clips for a post year sale. He notes England prices are down 40 to 50 percent and Australian grease wool is 13 to 14 cents a pound lower than last January. He predicts a market recovery within three months as heavyweight wool gains and cotton competition remains strong.
